Sherrod 309 is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Make an appointment for technology training at least 7 days before the reservation date.
Reservations will be canceled automatically if scheduled to occur after the university has officially closed for unexpected events (e.g., inclement weather, power failure).
Each request is considered individually but in general there are two levels of support:
Both service levels require 7-day advance notice. Training is required for first-time users.
No food or drink is allowed at the presenter's lectern. Beverages in closed containers are permitted elsewhere in the room.
Food is not permitted in the room. If your planned use of the room also involves refreshments, please contact Library Administration (423-439-4337, email@example.com) before making a reservation to determine if an appropriate location in the building is available for food service.
