ETSU’s Library Ambassador Program is a two-year program, which entails hiring APS students each fall and offering them two semesters of information literacy training with a specific focus on learning the databases of their majors. After training has been completed, ambassadors are deployed in various academic buildings across campus and in the CFAA to help students with library research and to connect students requiring in-depth help to librarians.
Library Ambassadors can help you:
Ambassador research help is available when classes are in session in the academic buildings listed on the left.
Additionally, online research help is available in the following drop-in Zoom room when classes are in session:

Library Ambassador service will resume with the start of fall classes in August.
