What is Interlibrary Loan?

The Sherrod Library Interlibrary Loan service provides access to materials not held in ETSU library collections to currently enrolled students, current employees, and faculty emeriti for all colleges in the University except the Colleges of Medicine and Pharmacy.  Libraries around the world share their collections with you!

 

What is Document Delivery?

The Sherrod Library Document Delivery service scans articles and book chapters owned by the ETSU library and delivers them to you via email in PDF format.  Simply request using your ILLiad account.

 

What is ILLiad?

ILLiad is the electronic system you use to request an item through Interlibrary Loan. The name ILLiad can be thought of as an acronym for InterLibrary Loan internet accessible database.

END OF YEAR REQUESTS

The last day to place ILL requests for the Fall 2019 semester are as follows:

LOAN (books, DVDs, microfilm): Wednesday, December 11th

PDF (articles, book chapters): Wednesday, December 18th

ILL Requesting will reopen on Thursday, January 2nd, 2020.
