1. Download the app using the links above
2. When you open the app, you will be asked for a username/password. 
3. If you don't have an account:
   1. Click this link to open STAT!Ref on the web
   2. Click the Profile link located above the search bar. 
   3. Once the Profile Login window appears, click the Register button.
   4. Once completed, click the Anywhere Login Account link from the profile page.
   5. Click the Activate / Renew button if your status is set to inactive
4. Access remains valid for approximately one year. Once your temporary login expires, you will need to log in again using step 3 and renew access. 

If you plan to only use STAT!Ref on-campus, you can use IP authentication instead of username/password. The Group Alias is ETSU. IP Authentication will not work at any of the ETSU clinics.
