ETSU Libraries’ Distance/Online Service Coordinator will contact the students throughout the semester to serve as their Personal Librarian (PL).  The PL role expands the library's traditional focus on information literacy and academic research to include referring students with services such as equipment issues (Laptop/Hotspot), advising, scholarships, counseling, student employment, etc., information technology support, and academic support such as tutoring.
