Sherrod 309 is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Make an appointment for technology training at least seven days before the reservation date.
Reservations will be canceled automatically if scheduled to occur after the university has officially closed for unexpected events (e.g., inclement weather, power failure).
Each request is considered individually but in general there are two levels of support:
Both service levels require seven-day advance notice. Training is required for first-time users.
Coffee and drinks in covered containers and light refreshments (e.g., fruit, pastries, sandwiches, snacks) are permitted.
If your planned use of the room also involves catered food service, please contact Library Administration (423-439-4337, email@example.com) before making a reservation to determine if an appropriate location in the building is available for food service.
