Streaming video from Kanopy or Swank can be requested for purchase. Allow 24 hours for processing and activation.
Interlibrary Loan/Electronic Document Delivery
Contact: Resource Access & Acquisitions, phone 423-439-6997, email libloan@etsu.edu
ETSU faculty, staff, and students can request books and media through interlibrary loan (ILL), but there is no assurance of availability or timely delivery. It depends on libraries being open and lending their materials.
Journal articles, book chapters, dissertations, and more can be scanned to PDF and delivered electronically. If multiple chapters from a book are needed, the library will try to obtain the eBook if available. If the eBook is unavailable, the library will scan or request electronic delivery of individual chapters to match the course syllabus or project schedule. Electronic delivery from other libraries via interlibrary loan or purchase through Reprints are available options.

ETSU faculty, staff, and students can request that items be purchased instead of borrowed using the interlibrary loan system. Items needed for instruction are the highest priority. Log in with your ETSU username and password to Suggest a Purchase.
