Current ETSU faculty, faculty emeriti, and staff may borrow library materials, access online resources on and off campus, and request interlibrary loan service. An ETSU ID is required for borrowing.
Faculty may add a Graduate Assistant or Teaching Assistant to their library account as their proxy so that the GA/TA may borrow and pick up library materials on their behalf.
Many faculty stop by the Ask Us desk with their GA/TA to do this in person. Faculty may also email Ask Us Services to authorize adding a GA/TA proxy to their library account. Please include the full name and ETSU email address of the GA/TA in the authorization.
Proxy transactions appear in the faculty member's library account, so activity may be monitored.
