Digital Commons @ East Tennessee State University provides individual metrics for researchers and collective metrics for organizations through their dashboards. The dashboards have four main tabs:
Readership/Usage Reports versus PlumX Metrics
Readership and Usage Reports are based on the downloads and views of full-text and abstracts that have been added to Digital Commons@ETSU (including SelectedWorks profiles).
PlumX Metrics compiles metrics from Digital Commons@ETSU and external sources. For example, PlumX usage metrics include how many times a work has been downloaded not only from Digital Commons@ETSU, but other places where it may be accessible such as EBSCO databases, SSRN, Slideshare, and more.
Dashboards (including Readership, Usage Reports, PlumX Metrics) are available for anyone with a SelectedWorks Profile. You can request a profile by emailing your CV to digilib@etsu.edu.
If you already have a SelectedWorks profile, you can access your dashboard by creating an account and clicking on Author Dashboard. Make sure to use your ETSU email address when creating the account. You may already have an account if you have logged into Digital Commons@ETSU before.
