The Charles C. Sherrod Library and campus ITS will be participating in the annual MISO survey to help inform improvements library and IT services on campus. Blair Jones, Associate Dean of Services, Technologies, and Collections and Myra Jones, Associate CIO/Chief of Staff for Academic Technology Support, will be reaching out to a few students, faculty, and staff to provide feedback about our information technology and library services. We want to improve the services we are providing to the campus, but we need to hear from students, faculty, and staff to make that happen. On Thursday, February 8th, Blair will be sending more formal message asking you to take a survey. When you receive the message, please set aside the time to complete it.
Why you? You are a part of a randomly chosen group of students, faculty, and staff. We understand that you are asked to participate in many surveys on campus, and we want to help minimize the number of surveys you receive by selecting a sample of students instead of asking everyone. Because not everyone is being asked to participate, a high response rate is more important to the success of the survey – so I hope you’ll help us.
